Join Dorian for a relaxing 2-hour afternoon tea-tasting session where he’ll share stories from his trip to Taiwan as well as pour some delicious teas acquired from farming regions he and Aimee visited. This tea journey will be focused on some of Taiwan's biggest tea-producing regions! We'll be sipping from the gondola-accessible village with 100 tea houses of Maokong, the multicolor-blue waters of Sun Moon Lake, and the cypress forests of Alishan. Learn about the different regions and their ecosystems and sip some truly delicious tea! Together, we’ll journey through each tea, as well as a couple other companion teas, and note the changes with subsequent steeps, talking about the processes used to create each tea and the regions in which they’re grown (tea has its own terroir!).
